"I bought this mouse with the intention of gaming, but the scroll wheel actually makes my job as a web developer easier. If you click the button right behind the scroll wheel, it turns the motion from the standard "click click" scroll to a free-moving wheel. I can click the button, throw the wheel, and scroll hundreds of lines of code at a time. It's surprisingly useful!
My only complaints are the weight and the battery life. I have all the included weights installed in the mouse but still wish it was a bit heavier. The rechargeable battery sounds like a good idea but I end up having to plug it in to charge once or twice a week. The mouse that I replaced with this one takes a AA battery and lasts for a month at a time. I'd prefer having to buy batteries every now and again over having to charge up this mouse relatively frequently.
If you're using the mouse for occasional gaming, the battery wouldn't be an issue. But if you're using it for a full-time job, it can be a bit of a headache. Overall I would still recommend this mouse as it's very high-quality, ergonomic, and works very well."
